The strategy that Yahya can use to deployed in order to fulfill his mega project is he can using professional consultant for advise him about the process of halal gelatin. Moreover, he also can improve the research and development process in building or halal gelatin plant. Then, after the research and development, he can export to another country and show to the customers his good  product to convince venture capital.
